Note: NVOMSA does not participate with BCBS or Mamsi medical plans, however we will file paperwork for those who have non-HMO plans and out-of-network benefits. Patients will need to pay NVOMSA for our services at the time they are incurred, and may receive reimbursement from the plans upon submitting the necessary paperwork.
