Sonia E. Francioni, D.M.D.

Dr. Francioni received her B.S. degree from Marymount University and her D.M.D. degree from the University of Pennsylvania. She completed her oral and maxillofacial surgery specialty at the University of Medicine and Dentistry, New Jersey.

Dr. Francioni is a member of the American Association of Oral & Maxillofacial Surgeons, the American Dental Association, the Middle Atlantic Society of Oral & Maxillofacial Surgeons, the Northern Virginia Dental Society and the Fairfax Dental Society. Dr. Francioni is also an active staff member of Inova Fairfax Hospital.

Dr. Francioni has extensive research and practical experience in the field and has published several articles in medical journals and books. Dr. Francioni performs the full spectrum of oral and maxillofacial surgery procedures, and has a particular interest in orthognathic surgery, implants, bone grafts and TMJ.
